1
Intake & Orientation (Month 1–2)
The program begins with outreach, intake, and early risk identification. Students complete an initial assessment to understand their academic, immigration, financial, wellness, and career needs. This stage focuses on clarity and prevention, helping students understand their situation and get oriented to Elyon Thrive’s Service Zones before challenges escalate.
2
Core Support & Guided Programming (Months 3–10)
Students engage in structured support across Elyon Thrive’s five Service Zones through workshops, coaching, and guided resources.
Support includes:
Immigration Awareness: Education on compliance, status awareness, and transition planning
Academic Success: Academic integrity coaching, discipline navigation, and study skill development
Financial Foundations: Budgeting, taxes, credit awareness, and financial decision-making
Well-Being & Adjustment: Cultural transition support, stress management, and peer support
Career Foundations: Career planning, work authorization education, and post-graduation preparation
Delivery methods include workshops and webinars, one-on-one and small-group coaching, guided learning resources, and peer-informed sessions led by former international students.
3
Evaluation & Next Steps (Months 11–12)
In the final stage, students review their progress, provide feedback, and prepare for the next phase of their academic or career journey. The program evaluates outcomes, refines future programming, and supports students in transitioning into the next semester, graduation, or optional ongoing support.
